In the United States, the album climbed to No. 11 on the Billboard 200, fueled by first-week sales of 27,522 copies, establishing "Sempiternal" as Bring Me the Horizon's highest-charting album in America until the release of "That's the Spirit," which debuted at No. 2 in 2015.
