Yasuke is an original soundtrack produced by Flying Lotus for the Netflix anime of the same name, inspired by the historical figure known as the first Black Samurai in Japan. It was released on April 30, 2021.
 
Flying Lotus served as an executive producer and a member of the creative team, in addition to composing the series' soundtrack. The opening theme, "Black Gold," was written and produced by Flying Lotus and performed by Thundercat. The ending theme, "Between Memories," features Niki Randa and Thundercat. Both themes are featured in five of the six episodes. Unlike the hip hop and jazz-focused soundtracks of Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop, Flying Lotus aimed for an organic approach, creating the music in chronological order to reflect the main character's progression in the story. He incorporated a synthesizer-inspired sound mixed with Japanese and African percussion, as well as hip-hop elements.
